Return Process

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and boxes are included to prevent damage.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
